I met with Dr. Ferrara and found him to be very professional, courteous and thorough. I was very pleased with my appointment and highly recommend him. I felt he was very engaging and fair during our appointment.

I believe to truly help others you need to use your heart. No one is over another. We are to help each other through this hard life. His books "The Good Life" and "Pathways to Healthy Sexuality" which are outdated and over priced does not achieve this. I found both books to be mostly his opinion. Being Dr Ferrara is on the board and wrote the curriculum for the sex offenders reform feels he can charge a large price for these workbooks the offenders HAVE TO PURCHASE. An educated person who labels and attacks victims of hardships and abuse is absolutely disgusting. Psychology is not an absolute proven realm but a science built on controversial theories. A psychologist can unfortunately make a person question their findings despite the tests being flawed themselves. These people can build their lives off other's struggling with PTSD, childhood abuse, and worse. This man did not help me not one bit.
