Never buy a car from Ferrante Motors – We bought a European model Smart Car from Ferrante Motors in 2006 based on the promise that they would be able to provide both parts and service. Unfortunately it turned out that they were simply lying in order to fleece us out of $25,000. They are incapable of providing parts, and we have spent thousands of dollars importing parts from Germany, the UK, and Canada.
