This company started off good to work for them they bite you . I have not got paid for a total of 4 months and they still expect me to do work for them. I had 4 big commercial accounts with them. I have to pay my guys...... Owed a lot of money. They do pray on small businesses here in Florida.

absolutely the worst,They do not respond to e-mail or phone messages. canceled our contract sept 2023 for not paying. Still waiting for to get paid over $ 9,000

2 minutes ago NEW The worse company I have ever worked for..if you're a contractor and have not gotten paid from this company please call the FBI, news outlet or local Attorney General. When I say them people don't care if u get paid I mean it. It took me one week of working there to see how toxic and disorganized the company is. They literally have over $1 million in revenue and have paid only $40k to subcontractors this month. They purposely delay payments to it's contractors and make them go thru hell to get paid. This company preys on small businesses, as I am sitting here writing off over $20,000.00 that they owe us, I just don't understand how this happened. We signed a contract with Ferrandino and Son on May 17th, 2022. We were to take over weekly landscape maintenance on all of the Salt Lake County, Utah Walgreens stores, 18 total. Absolutely the most reprehensible and vile company we've ever worked for. These people couldn't coordinate a one car funeral, let alone a construction project, even small tenant finish. And then to top it off we were never paid our final billings. The customer paid us after they fire Ferrandino. If you're a sub, good luck getting paid. They will reject your paperwork and run you around like you've never seen.
