Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I spent a significant amount of money with Ferragamo, expecting a premium product and premium service. Instead, after repeatedly having to follow up on my order, I received a call from the store admitting that they had dropped the ball on their end and would be canceling my order. I’ve been shopping at Ferragamo Dallas for years and have always appreciated the quality of their products. Stopped by the store today with my wife and had a great experience with the team. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely willing to help. I ended up purchasing a belt while I was there and really appreciated the time they took to assist us and address our questions. Great customer service goes a long way, especially when you’ve been a customer for years. Looking forward to continuing to shop here!

I have been shopping at this particular Ferragamo for over 15 years now and have bought over 10 pairs of shoes, a purse for my wife, countless belts, ties, cologne, and sunglasses. I recently bought a pair of $1,000 cap toe lace ups with rubber soles. Unfortunately those soles when they touch anything but carpet make an extremely loud squeaking and sticking sound.
