Sandra and Curt were amazing. They did some bodywork for me that wasn’t covered under my insurance and went over and above to offer me affordable options. I was very impressed by their service and would highly recommend them. Superb value and quality service.
Amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to get my car in for body work quickly, the price they quoted for the private pay work was lower than the bigger auto body shops, they easily coordinated with ICBC for the work that I claimed. The staff were super kind and informative, the work was done quickly and my car looks amazing. I highly recommend Ferny's!

When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that the “newly painted” bumper had visible dirt particles embedded in the paint. I brought this to your attention at the time, and I was assured that the issue would be corrected. Unfortunately, it has now been several months, and I have not received any updates or follow-up communication regarding the repair.
