I've been here 9 years and it's what you make it I stay to myself I keep apartment clean every now and then I might see a Roach and that's when we have new tenants moving in. They say good about calling pest control 12/8/25
Don’t even think about moving into this place. They keep the security deposit, they lose rent money, and also lose everyone’s information. The leasing agent doesn’t do her job and lacks responsibility and professionalism. A lot of people are in need of home and money and she definitely takes advantage of people.
The building is not secured. People who do not live here enter the building at will because doors are propped open at night for them to enter. It is not a safe atmosphere.
