I’m disappointed to leave this review because Fernwood Auto seems like a well-loved local business, and I chose them specifically because I wanted to support local as someone new to the area. Unfortunately, both of my interactions were unpleasant. My first visit was for a simple tire repair, and I was met with long sighs and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for service. hands down the best mechanics i have ever had and yes, i WILL die on this hill.
Been a customer since 2016... they can back-up but it's a reliable spot for friendly and competent auto servicing and repairs. Highly recommended.
I was able to get help 2 mins after i called to inquire. The guy working was so kind and helpful. fixed my car in 10 minutes! Didnt even let me tip. Im so blown away by the generosity and care they had for me and my car! 11/10 i will definitely be going back there if i have any other issues with my car!!
