We went with Fern’s Heating for both our furnace and ductless split, and it was a great experience! The ductless split is especially handy during those in-between seasons when the temperature keeps fluctuating. It keeps us comfortable without having to fully switch on the furnace or AC. We also went with them for our furnace, which gave us real peace of mind knowing we’re set up with something reliable. Excellent service and products. Highly recommend!

Fern’s installed a Napoleon heat pump in our home and provided excellent customer service. We did have issues from the manufacturers end, but Fern’s staff were always attentive to our concerns, fast to respond, and persistent in making sure our unit was performing properly. Highly recommend
