Inquired several times about an available or available apartments, and there was never a response to their posted advertisements.
We lived here 2 years and loved it, management is very responsive, great maintenance staff they fix stuff very quickly (most times next day or within a few days). The access to downtown ferndale and western market across the street is unbeatable. Great gym facility also.
I'm glad they allow pets, but very disappointed with their subjective non-negotiable list of "aggressive dog" breeds that aren't allowed. At the very least, I think if an owner can show evidence of extensive training and socialization (e.g. American Kennel Society's good citizen certification), I think there should be some flexibility.
