They're in the right location but I haven't been able to get a floorplan out of them for a week and I need that floorplan because the entire website is broken.
I moved to FerndaleHaus about a year ago and just happily renewed - it has been a fantastic experience all around. One of the things I was looking for other than walkability was a sense of community in the place that I live and this is something that Charlene and Aurora have built wonderfully. I have a lot of fun attending the ~monthly community events which give me a chance to meet and get to know more of my neighbors. I have lived at FerndaleHaus for over 2 years now. I absolutely love living here and I hope to be here for years to come! My favorite part about living here is the leasing agent, Charlène and the manager, Aurora. The management of this building has truly fostered a wonderful community atmosphere and encourages residents to meet each other and make friends. Charlène and Aurora are rays of sunshine for Ferndale and I always enjoy seeing them in the office!
FerndaleHaus is by far the best apartment building I have ever lived in. There is such a great community that lives and thrives there! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! And the management is amazing! The property manager Aurora has been fantastic and an amazing leader! And Charlene the Leasing Agent is fabulous, she has fostered such a friendly culture at FerndaleHaus!
I moved to Detroit about 7 months ago and I absolutely love Ferndalehaus. Aside from being walking distance to everything the building is beautiful and well maintained... I have to say that Charlene has been nothing but attentive, kind, accommodating and responsive. She has been so helpful even before I officially applied. She even helped me pick a unit by sending videos as I was moving from out of state. I've seen her offer the same gracious service to literally everyone making living here truly a pleasure!
