Never got back to me after having to leave numerous voicemails. Left people in the dark after they got bought out from an apartment complex, didn't tell anybody anything, ppl just waiting to hear from Waterford Glen after being approved for an apartment, an nothing! Like where's my app fee then???
Me and husband have been moved out of the Belmont Square Apartments (B214) for over two months. The property manager allowed us to break the lease as of June 18th this year due to safety concerns (we were threatened with our lives by known drug dealers) through verbal agreement and have paid the fees related to breaking the lease (we were given less than 60 days to move out). When trying to get a hold of the property manager, we were hung up on and totally dismissed when asking for the breaking of the lease to be in writing ... read more
