Their five decades old auditorium has hosted numerous musical performances, dramas and other events. Recently renovated to give it a more modern look, this much loved place is a cultural hub of the neighborhood and for the institution's over 1000 students.

The Renaissance football was left on the field at Halftime. While you guys went in a warm place. That was not fair at all. They were upset and use that fire to shut you down second half and win the game.
RecommendedI graduated from there in 1982. Lived in Ferndale until I was 27. I received a FANTASTIC education at FHS!!
Getting a high school education
Difficult entrance to the gymnasium. Must walk down dark winding driveways with buses, cars and SUV parked on the sidewalks and blocking the one entrance to the gym. Doubt this would pass the Ferndale Fire Marshall’s regulations. Dim lighting in the parking lot and dark driveway to the back entrance. Ferndale High School has a beautiful entrance to the school and gym. Too bad it wasn’t open on basketball tournament weekend. C-
A family orientated school. and so much for the students to be involved in
Ferndale is an amazing school. The administration takes care of those that want to learn and go to college. They have a good program where seniors can take college courses online while still in high school. I just think it's a great school
