I went today and they welcomed you with a you can seat anywhere i choose a table and she comes and said "i have another table for two". I said i want this table she said just don't talk to me like that and she went to report me to her boss. I got up to talk to her boss. And her boss (no customer manners) said no if you going to talk to me like you talk to her. I said i didn't said anything i just didn't want to be moved to another table. And i am leaving because you guys going to give me bad service. I left
No stars for this nasty restraunt. My order was the easiest meal ever , i mean who can mess up bacon and eggs meal. Oh wait Fernandos restraunt did, the bacon was so nasty it smelled and tasted like old meat left out of fridge for days. And i tell the manager or who ever she was and all she did was took the bacon off my ticket but i still had to pay for that nasty meal. Arguing with customers is the worst thing to do for your business. I pray for you. I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT THAT NASTY PLACE AGAIN!!!!!! I totally agree with... read more
Was eating some chips and found a roach on the food they need to have the health Department check his restaurant to ensure they don't have any type of roaches it was not a good experience at all

I literally just left this place after having sat for over 30 min waiting for our simple breakfast plate (Fernandos plate). Everyone else was getting their plates and we were just paitienly waiting, our waitress kept assuring us that our plate was on it's way. Our plate FINALLY gets brought to us and I touched the temp on the food and it was SUPER COLD!!! If the server don't know u they will not go to the table and see what u would like bring menus drink and other things other peolple got here after we did and got service and everything what I'm paying for the food too what my money is not good or what this is the last time I bring my family to eat here and I will tell everyone I know not to go to Fernando's
enjoyed breakfast. well served plates and the tortillas are huge. excellent service as well.
