Fernando did a great job on our house. Everything was done as we wanted. We found only few minor things after final inspections, which Fernando addressed right way. 5 stars contractor!
I would hire Fernando's Quality Painting again, and you can ask Fernando I'm very picky (ya, one of those customers). Bottom line is they do great work, their prices are competitive, they are efficient and Fernando will make sure that you're taken care of and happy with him and his company. My house turned out great!! The floodlight in the back was broken in the process of taping and covering it, but Fernando took money off the bill for replacement costs without hesitation. The workers were very polite and hard working.
Fernando is diligent in his endeavour. He will correct anything that you are not happy with during the walk thru. His quotes are reasonable and he tries to please. He is efficient. in the first instance we were going to only do exterior painting and but decided to let him do the interior painting as well... If only all services are more like him...they can learn from him.. highly recommend...we will be repeat customer..
Fernando 's did a superb job painting my home, they were always on time, cleaned up completely afterwards and were very professional and friendly! Great customer service. Good quality paint job on a one story rambler in the Renton Highlands. Took the care to cover personal property on my property and my neighbor's car/property to avoid any problems with overspray. After staining the fence on the property and seeing that a darker stain would be necessary, without question he purchased more stain and re-stained the fence. Very quick and efficient as well. Fernando's Quality Painting did the whole exterior of my house and deck and it looks great. Fernando came to our house to give us some samples to choose from and helped us pick an accent color that looks beautiful. The painters were quick and careful and I recommend this company to anyone searching for painters.
Fernando and his crew did an excellent job painting my living room and hallway. They arrived on time every morning, worked continually throughout the day and cleaned up at the end of each day. The original time estimate for the project was 4 days, however they finished in 3. Fernando asked me for more money after both parties signed the agreement. I have no choice, and paid him additional $1,000.00.

Mr Ming's review is totally unfair. The original contract clearly stated one coat and Mr Ming does not mention that a second coat was added to both of his rental buildings. That's about $600 on paint alone. Therefore this review is totally unfair & unreasonable..
