The receptionist (sounded like an older woman) was VERY rude on the phone. She kind of answered my question, and then I said “thank you so much.” She responded with “uh huh” and then hung up on me. No you’re welcome, no have a good day, no bye.
I'm not happy with this law firms services at all. Recently I hired them to prepare a simple document to start the process of transferring mineral rights from my parents estate into my name. Endless emails and phone calls with their paralegal (Teila Peralez) resulted in barely legible, poorly prepared documents they charged $400 an hour for.
