Had the displeasure of working with him regarding a listing he had. Did not provide ANY relevant information about the property, even though his listing left much to be desired. He was incredibly rude, aggressive and blatantly lied, yelling the office was "FOR SALE, FOR SALE". Even though it was clearly listed as "for lease". Very Unprofessional. Probably has a lot of family in Doral, because not sure where those positive reviews are from.

We had long planned to sell our house and friends recommended Fernando Garcia and Dumonde Consulting highly. Our listing went live in March 2020 (with superb photos taken by Fernando's recommended photographer, which definitely helped), right as the COVID-19 pandemic went into high gear. Fernando and his staff helped us save our home. We will always be forever grateful that we found him. Fernando is honest and tells it like it is. He cares very much for his customers and available at any time of the day. He takes his time to explain every single detail and we learned a lot from working with him. I recommend Dumonde Consulting to anyone who wants to buy a home and re finance their home.
