I took my mom to Dr. Boccalandro and we were very pleased with him. He's very kind and spent the time answering all of our questions and reviewing my mom's condition in detail. When a patient has an issue with the heart it's very scary for the patient and the family and crucial for the doctor to be compassionate and explain things in a way we can understand. I highly recommend him after a positive experience.
Been going to Dr Boccalandro for around 10yrs. I guess. He's the best. Wish he could be my primary care doc too. He is incredibly smart, seems that knows everything that there is to know about medicine. His office staff are the most caring that I've had the pleasure to deal with. Especially Letty, she has stayed late for me and always calls me back same day. . I always recommend him. The best heart doctor in Texas!
Dr. Boccalandro is a brilliant cardiologist, but more important is how he treats his patients, Calm, quiet and gentle, he patiently listened to everything I had to say. He explained my condition in understandable terms and left plenty of time for questions. He was thorough without ordering unnecessary tests. He truly is one of a kind!
I will highly recommend ProCare Odessa Heart Institute and Dr. Boccalandro. He is a great physician with outstanding bedside manners. He also has a wonderful staff that complements him very well. It is rare nowadays to find a physician so committed and interested to do good for his patients. He had been taking care of my family for the past decade, and we always had been well care for. Excellent care.!
