I had a horrible experience today anx even worse customer service. The men who hand dried my car used greasy, dirty towels. My windows and windshield were completely smeared despite going through the wash two times. Nobody seems to know English so the lack of acknowledgement and refusal of a refund really angered me. I would never go back!

RecommendedI'm recommending because it's the only good car wash in the city that doesn't cost a fortune. I'll admit that for $30 you get one step below a full $150 interior detail. But if another good car wash opened I'd never come back here. It's super slow. Half the staff is rude and short with you. They just raised prices...again. Don't come if you don't have 1-2 hours to kill on the weekend because I've never been here less than an hour. The service is great and the staff is efficient and friendly. I had to wait to get my car clean but I was told before so I did not mind. Keep up the wonderful service guys!
ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE! 2.5 hrs....smh. No respect for their customers and their time. Very poor customer service and time management
I am not a person who is easily impressed in fact this whole thing started up well...Not to my liking. However we went in for a simple 1 button remote starter and got a full alarm system using a top shelf unit and they detailed the interior because there was a delay for our appointment. Every staff member was courteous helpful and willing to answer of find the answer to my questions. My wife had forgot her purse in the truck all day and NOTHING was tampered with.
