Very caring and engaging physician, listens and communicates well .Seems very knowledgeable and takes his time to engage. Sometimes because of this trait he runs a little behind. It's worth the wait.

They gave me an appointment at 9:00AM, then when I got there they told me after 1 hour waiting that my appointment was at 10:30AM. Trying to make another appointment but the rude nurse said for the next appointment I probably have to wait an hour or more. I wonder if they know the meaning of "appointment".
Dr. Fernandez is an excellent doctor: pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. But his office is a disaster. You are forced to wait hours to be seen, it is a hassle to get your prescriptions reordered, and no one ever calls about lab results. His staff is rude and couldn't care less about the patients. And they refuse to even answer the phone for hours on end.
