Used their service back in 2021 for our first property so this review is long overdue however now that we’re thinking of buying another property as an IP, it reminded me to write a review for this company for other people to be aware - more so as a warning. Communication was non-existent when dealing with the solicitor and if you want a response, be prepared to follow-up multiple times. And even then, you will get an update after 2 days or 3. If I have read the review from Frank M, I would have NOT hired them as my solicitor/conveyancer... The communication is just unacceptable, poor time management, most, if not all issues with the vendor/builder were not resolved and still pending to the point I have to give up. The whole process working with them was stressful from start to end.
