Very poor customer service at events and at their HQ. Difficult to get ahold of and they give you the run around. They did not want to assist me with retrieving credits which "do not expire". Don't expire but inaccessible... what kind of database is inaccessible to the company that runs the database? Will not support in the future.
Where the hell it the 50 th state fair!!!
We went to fair with ek fernandez rides. It was awful! They waaaaayyyy overcharge for each ride. They force the adults to pay to accompany children. Do they think adults want to ride in a claustrophobic ride that’s about to fall apart. Horrible company!
