Dr. Taisenchoy-Bent does not rush through appointment. She listens. Not only does she make you feel at ease the whole staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I would highly recommend her

She’s an excellent doctor. She takes the time to discuss any questions or issues I have without being rushed. The other people in the office are friendly and helpful as well.
Worst office ever. Constant miscommunication across the board, especially the assistants making the bookings. I’ve been 5 min away from appointments and they’ve called me telling me it’s cancelled. I’ve also been told my appointment is at a certain time only to arrive and have it be for a different time for which I didn’t receive a confirmation for. I’ve had it with them and I stopped going for a reason, yet chose to give them another chance after my new doctor was booked up. I should’ve gone with my gut.
