I would have given 1 star, but they at least did give back part of the deposit. Roaches from day 1, and the past control kept coming but nothing changed. Water shut off frequently with little notice due to outdated water infrastructure that doesn't allow for localized shut-offs to make repairs when an issue happens. Basically if someone the next building over was having an issue, your water was going off for hours, as well as 3-5 other buildings. I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Fern Parc! From day one, the leasing office staff has been professional, welcoming, and always willing to help specifically Tiffany. Maintenance has been on point every request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and efficiently. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained.
