Cool manager
This property is small and quaint. Nice size two and three bedrooms, with plenty of Parking, a laundry room on-site, small playground, basketball hoop and a community room available for the residents. The property is maintained nicely and I recommend checking it out.

I've lived in these apartments for the better part of a decade +, and never have I, in the years of living here, had a better apartment manager than our current one, they have really helped in making the Fern Hill terrace community a better place to live and turned things around, they have lived up to the promises they made by making the apartments more safe with a better security system, making sure they're here on the days specified, has answered any and all questions to the best of they're ability, and is very understandi... read more
