Dr. Fermo spent the 15 minute session on his computer. He prescribed medication & never gave me a diagnosis.
Been seeing him for over 12 years. He is a psychiatrist who only focuses on pharmaceutical solutions to mental health problems. Initial screening and diagnosis were very helpful, but since that time has required semi-annual visits to refill prescriptions. For years his scheduling was atrocious (often waiting 1-2 hours after scheduled visit). Covid19 solved that problem and now only does Telehealth calls. The doctor has been great but office and getting any response to calls or text is completely unacceptable. Anyone besides the doctor does not have a shred of professionalism.
This man is amazing. He has helped me beyond words. He takes his time with me and explains and answers every question I have. He will do everything he can to help get you to feel better. He's doesn't judge you and treats you with respect. I've seen him for 6 years. I would not be here without him. Definitely recommend him to anyone. Others say he has long wait times every once in awhile he has waits. He is well worth the wait.

He is a caring doctor that listens to your problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of help. I am a patient myself and I love what he has done for me.
Dr. Fermo is a great doctor! However, he needs to take courses in communication and hire a competent office manager. If not, he is best suited to work for someone else that has those skills.
