I have been coming to this car washed for a couple of years. They even change the oil in my truck. Today I had my oil changed and my truck washed and they broke my antenna off. They finally bring me the antenna and tell me they're not responsible for it yet there's nothing anywhere that says that they would not be responsible for any damage that they caused while cleaning your vehicle. I will never go back I have five cars that I take there
Love the Fermano family and the family owned and operated car wash. Have been going there for years, since they took over, and can never say enough good things about them. I am there regularly, and have never been disappointed. I see that one reviewer complained about wait time , but good jobs take time. This time I had a concern about my last wash and Mrs. Fermano was happy to take care of it and reminded me that if I ever have a concern, come back when I discover it, and it will be corrected.
First time there. Got Ultimate Car Wash for $22 plus tax. Still have bugs on the front of my car and they did not vacuum the back of my car.
Best car wash in town! They do an awesome job - very nice family owned business!
My first time here and I was really impressed. They did a great job, it cost less than I was expecting, and they were done with a hand wash and hand wax in 20-25 mins. My car looked great. Will certainly use them again.
