What a slimy experience. Sales manager and two sales people just grasping at straws to sell a car. Not listening to simple asks (car color shouldn't be that hard to accomodate) and an insulting low-ball on my trade-in. Not fun, not easy, not effective and not going back.
I brought my MINI JCW in for a non-working speaker, and over a week, the dealership replaced the head unit twice without resolving the issue and ordered a third unit from Germany, expected in 2-3. weeks. No one in the service department thought to check something as basic as the balance/fader settings after the second replacement on the head unit was installed, which ended up solving the speaker issue. After our horrific experience with Carvana, we decided to go to Ferman. From the very beginning Tim guided us through the experience. We ended up purchasing a 2021 Mini Cooper JCW. It was in pristine condition. We got a gem and steal. They wouldn't dare sell vehicles that would cost you thousands to repair once you drive it off the lot; It's their name that is on the line.
