lied to about requiring a purchase of a 5100 tire and gap warranty or i could not obtain financing with the bank .. i am a spouse of a deceased veteran They are now taking 60 days to refund the money to the original loan on the vehicle and it has now been paid off. They were not going to refund any of the prorated amount until I made a fight and yelled and screamed on phone and the email. Now they are saying it will take 30-60 days for this to happen and they were absolutely rude and liars..

Part 4: 04/06/2026 @ 2:45 pm received message that part was at the dealership. We arrived at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department, where the vehicle was checked in, to have repairs done. 04/08/2026 @ 8:30am – messaged by Mark that the vehicle is ready. Arrive at the dealership/Service department, go to the cashier, and the young lady hands me an invoice for an oil change for $108.91, and I immediately asked for the manager. Part 2 Part 2 : The Vehicle was dropped off at Napleton River Oaks Dodge Jeep RAM Service department on 03/10/2026. After several phone calls, it was revealed that due to parts availability issues, the vehicle was there until ready for pickup on 03/27/2026 @ 6:30pm.
