Quick response but it went downhill fast. Told them after I ran the numbers and it just wouldn’t work for me so I apologized for taking their time. They stated nothing was impossible and they’ve been in business for 125 years. Kept insisting so I said go ahead and run the numbers. I know both kbb value and NADA value of my car Told them the condition of my car, mileage, and service and said I was able to provide pictures if that would help them. Again the advertised price is not the price which I asked ahead of going there and another 2,500 was tacked on for the buyers disclosure and the car went up to 16,388
Went above and beyond to make sure I had the information necessary to make an informed decision!
This is a major automotive group. The price advertised is grossly misleading. To qualify for the advertised price, you must meet certain trade in conditions as well as use their financing. The true price is 17400.00 dollars. Extremely deceptive advertising. I would never purchase a car from this dealer.

Nice experience Brett and his manager did a great job. I explained I have been retired from the car business for several years. They acknowledged my experience and did their best to get me in their vehicle.
Helpful, but unable to make a deal. Would recommend them for future business.
