They were asking a little more for the car than it was worth. However, I presented a counter offer that was ultimately accepted. What I really liked was they didn't try and bicker back and forth for a few extra dimes. I made a fair offer, they could tell I wasn't overly invested in the purchase and they accepted. They were quite friendly and helpful throughout the entire "quick" process. I have nothing negative to say, and I will likely purchase more vehicles from this team in the future, despite an hour drive.

This guy sold the car to another buyer after I already signed the paperwork for it and came to an agreement with him. I offered to put money down or do what ever to ensure the car was mine and he said to not worry and that he would pull it off the lot. Very next day he sold the car to someone else. I am very unhappy. Just glad I could get a hold of my bank to stop the loan from going through before they could get an extra 30,000, which at this point I'm not sure we would have gotten back.

Had a fantastic experience at Ferman Chevrolet. My Sales person Richard Hicks was very friendly and took care of us very well. Would highly recommend buying a vehicle from here.

We did most of the discussion via email and when I was ready we drove there to test drive the vehicle. The salesman and the finance person was awesome, best car buying experience I have ever had!

We could not have asked for better service!!! The team at Ferman were outstanding and very attentive/responsive to our needs. We purchased a used Tacoma and was treated the same as if we purchased a new vehicle. We highly recommend Ferman to others in the market for a new or used vehicle. If shopping online like we did, ask for Craig Creagan.
