I was able to get a quote no problem but since then I have not been able to get a hold of anyone to get my roof fixed. I have called many times and every time I call they say they will leave a message for the scheduling department and they will call me back. No one ever calls back. I have been trying since the end of August to get a hold of someone and have not been able to. Stay away from this company unless you don’t want to actually fix your roof.
Unfortunately I was forced to use Ferguson roofing through my HOA. An HOA in which Leann, one of the main managers at Ferguson, is also a member of the HOA, and is also responsible for the 2000lb branch the fell on my house and nearly killing my two boys. I have complaints, but we'll just start with what happened today. A country inspector told me Ferguson would need a permit, Leann told me in person a permit wasn't needed.
