Ferguson Roofing came out quick, made sure I understood everything gave me an estimate right there on the spot!
I was provided an estimate for roof replacement. Tanner arrived on time was very professional revised the estimate with me line by line.
I had 2 shingles missing and the salesman made it sound like I could have water damage and if they don’t fix it soon it will create a much bigger problem. Then the roofer comes to fix it and tells me they were decorative shingles and there was no risk of water damage. The salesman lied to me to get me to pay $1,100 to have two decorative shingles replaced. I will never use a company that lies and over charges like they do. Don’t make my mistake and use someone else.
