I would not recommend Ferguson to anyone. Quick summary: terrible communication, felt like we were begging Ferguson to do business with us, constantly told one thing and then something different on the next phone call, no response to emails, and left the interaction with no trust in this company. We had a leak and water was coming into our house every time it rained. Ferguson installed our roof (previous owner) so because we were still under warranty, we called them. I scheduled them for siding repairs, sent them photos of the damages, two days later they come out and decide there’s not enough damage for them to bother with, thanks for wasting two days of my time.
Jeff Houran was very courteous and helpful. He was thorough in his analysis of my roof damage. He gave me excellent and sound recommendations.
