We were very impressed with the project manager Chris. He was readily available when we had questions. Our old roofer took months (literally)to get back to us when we kept calling. Due to the tornado damage with others. Loved Chris’s professionalism. He was honest. He checked our roof and instead of trying to sell us a new roof, gave us his honest opinion that we did not need one. We needed facia and soffits (ours were in a horrible condition). We cannot get our contractor Chris to return calls or texts to answer our questions. He completely ghosted us after he wrote up the estimate. We really needed support with our insurance and he just refused to help at all. So disappointed in this company.and we will not be using them due to horrible communication practices.
Horrible experience. As for the job to be done, only finished half the job and then could never get an update. Couldn't speak to a manager trying to figure out what was going on. Finally said I'm finished with them and had to look for someone else to finish a job
Its been a little while since ive had my roof put on and I wanted to give it time to rain to see how they did and im very impressed. No leaks, clean property, great communication and pictures. Wallace took the time to walk the property with me as well which was nice. They didnt rush us, gave us our time to make a decision, and got us done 4 weeks from signing the contract. These men are good and honest workers.
Listen. I was visited by two other roofing companies this week; the first roofing company said they had a “50year warranty “. When I asked what the warranty covers… I heard crickets. The second roofing company showed up in a plain white truck- no logo- was gone in ten minutes, and I’m STILL waiting for the estimate. FERGUSON showed up prepared!!! He climbed my roof, took pics AND I have their brochure that explains ALL their products. Professional!! Courteous!! BBBAccredited!!! Yes.
