From the first phone call, they did everything they said they would do and much more. Came out to inspect my roof on time, showed up to install on time and most impressive part... The crew was very professional and did an amazing clean up. This should be the only call for your roofing, windows and siding needs.
Couldn't be happier with our new roof and gutters! Our experience with the entire staff that we came in contact exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to everyone involved in our home improvement project.
Horrible customer relations! The guy they finally sent came at the wrong time with no notice and I wasn't even home. I complained and when he showed up he was disrespectful to me in my own home. I complained again and supervisor promised me a good deal. Almost a week and I am still waiting for him to call back! I told another friend and they just told me they had the same kind of bad experience with Ferguson Roofing! Evidently they have plenty of work and really don't care about the homeowner!
10 days to return a phone call for an estimate is terrible customer service. I will be taking my business to a place that is responsive.
