Nothing is priced. So you have to ask them what the price is. Sorta lame. Also they didn't have what I needed (pex-a 3/4" metal tee). I had the expectation that they would have a better selection. For instance they only had four regulator sizes on hand. I'll buy pipe here, but that is about it. I had to go to H Depot to find what I wanted.
Ferguson was recommended to me by a sink resurfacing company who said they were knowledgable, and that was very true! I went there today and was so grateful to have found them--Jimmy spent at least 20 minutes patiently helping me problem-solve what to do about a rusting 1950s sink. I so appreciated his time, good humor, and level of expertise! I will definitely return when it's time to purchase more hardware.
ZERO customer service!!!! I wanted to order around $1500 to $2400 in 3 fixtures……..NO ONE BEHIND THE COUNTER OR “BLUE DOOR” care. 2 locations in 1 hour, same treatment. If you don’t want to work behind the counter or HELP customer: STAY AT HOME.
After striking out at a couple of local plumbing specialist stores, one of which tried to convince me that the clearly wrong part was the part I needed for my natural gas water heater I called Ferguson. Eric answered my call and though it took a couple of back-and-forth phone calls he was able to source my part in town THE SAME DAY! He was very professional, courteous and got my part right the first time. No doubt where my first phone call will be with my plumbing needs in the future.
