Friendly staff, quick full service. I needed a plumbing part and the gentleman behind the counter knew exactly what I needed and went and got it for me. Great customer service!
Just terrible service In reference to your response, I drove 2 hours after speaking to someone that confirmed you had the part. When I stepped in the store, they were the rudest people I've met. And they didn't have the part. Didn't want to look for it. There will be no call to upper management. I will never use this company again, and I encourage others to find more personable suppliers. Let's fight corporate America and get back to mom and pop stores. I'll gladly pay the extra nickle for the better service.
Everytime I go it reminds me why I never go here. They never have what I need, one day I'll remember that.
Guy at the counter was absolutely worthless couldn’t answer simple plumbing questions. Save your money and go somewhere else. Probably get sold stuff you wouldn’t need.
