Poor customer service...brought a expensive durastar split unit 2 months back...they shipped a faulty IDU...trying to get a replacement...no one calls back from customer or warranty support after leaving messages and calling many times
This company has had the biggest downfall I’ve ever seen. Over 2 hours to get in touch . I Have bought hundreds of thousands from them over the years. They really let their company go.
As a regular ole retail customer, I came here to buy an AC unit that the website said they had one left in stock. I also called ahead, and the guy who answered the phone was incredibly helpful. Same vibe in the store. I was helped by a lovely man named Christian, who just could not have been friendlier. Service was fast.
I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Secaucus location. I waited for over 30 minutes while multiple employees saw me but made no effort to assist. It was clear I was being ignored, and no one was willing to help. This experience was unacceptable and far from the standard of service I expected from Ferguson. I hope you will address this issue with the team to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
Para la descarga si eres un truck diver tienes que entrar por un lado, MLB Network Plaza y al topar a la izquierda, después vas al Check in aún lado de la puerta D110 esta la entrada. Si llegas por la noche pregunta dónde te puedes estacionar hay unas personas muy amables que te ayudarán. Realmente son buenas personas y me ayudo el que mueve los remolques por la noche gran tipo y habla poquito español. Muchas gracias por ser tan amables todos.
