Excellent experience
We were shopping for ceiling fans for a new construction house. Jane Broomall helped us out and provided excellent customer service. The online capabilities helped a lot and made everything smoother and easier. Jane worked hard to find us what we needed at a good price. When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference. I would definitely use Ferguson's again!
