I’ve been there at least four times over the years for my plumbing needs. Good customer service, never had to go somewhere else for any of the parts that I needed. Good parking easy to load my purchase and I felt that the customer service was good. I would rather go there than any of the big box stores because they always had what I needed.
Do not spend your money here Ferguson supply has turned into a disaster for the plumbing contractor and whatever you do even if it cost you three times as much to get a hot water heater someplace else do not do not buy a Bradford White
Once again they had everything I needed... this time to do a gas line job.
Kyle Powers deserves a raise, he’s always helpful, answers my calls/texts when I’m in a bind, gets me the best prices, knows his stuff, etc. I’ve enjoyed working with him for over 6 years. He’s the only reason I continue to shop there, since we’ve moved, Ferguson is furthest away from my shop. And, No, he did not tell me to write this.
