I've been to every Ferguson location in the metroplex, as I'm a 30 year plumbing trade professional. This location, specifically Steve Bush, is amazing. I had a situation after hours and Steve was able to get a store opened after hours for me to get a hospital back on line. Thank you so much for being there when we need it!
Guy at counter was not helpful, was not willing to help me try to match up fitting . No one else even offered to assist.
If I can give them 0 star I will. Bad company bad costumer service I paid cash and next day I returned the item. They said we don’t have cash to give me my money back. Which is only $263.14 I was been waiting for more than 3 weeks . and every time I call for this company, no one knows what’s going on or where is my check
