Horrible experience. The counter person, John, should be fired. At the request of our builder, we walked in to inquire about some pipe and supplies for a sprinkler system. He looked at us like we were idiots and we interrupted his day. As we asked more questions, he continued to reply with one word answers. He acted like a rebellious 13 year old boy who could not be bothered with us, rather than a 45 year old man representing a reputable company. Fine, we will spend our $1000+ with a Ferguson competitor. Unbelievable!!!!!!
