Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this ENT Otolaryngologist friendly? Extremely Friendly Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
