Went in to buy a part to repair our AC. We were immediately treated rudely by the lady working at the counter. She refused to sell us the part because my husband does not have an A1 license, even though they advertise that they are the leading industry leader for your commercial and residential air conditioning projects. When he asked if she knew of any other place in the area she rudly said no. Her attitude, behavior and utter lack of customer service is unacceptable, and appalling.
