They charge the contractor for parts that should be covered under warranty. Had bad compressor that was under warranty took it with me for the warranty exchange. They wanted me to pay the full price of the compressor which was 1200 dollars. Then they said Will refund your money in 2 weeks if everything checks out. 32 years in this industry never see any thing like it . That would be like tell the customer to pay me 1200 for a warranty.
