Five stars for Ferguson (Ontario location) and Luis in particular. Very helpful in person and over the phone, took the time to take care of what I needed, including a follow up phone call to process a refund. Good customer service that you don’t always see in a business nowadays
Called ahead to order parts. Drove an hour there and order wasn't ready.....
Although they didn't have the part I needed, after I showed them pictures, they searched the internet and gave me a model number to contact the manufacturer. They do have some parts for Delta, American Standard, Kohler, and others. Good location. Well organized. Well stocked.
