maybe not charge tenants for inconvenience things going wrong because we could help hair getting clogged in the shower but was billed the plumbing bill , not to mention it doesn't matter if you receive public housing. thought that was part of having a landlord to have the inconveniences fixed.
These people are slum lords. I’ve rented with them for 2 years and have called about a issue for 2 years thats caused us issues and they never fixed it. The maintenance is terrible and just bandaid problems. I’ve always paid and never gave any problems and now they won’t give me my deposit back because they failed to give me the right information when I moved out. So now they get to keep my deposit because they failed to do their job. I will never rent through them again and do not recommend renting from them.
I enjoy living where I do and they gave me a second chance in life. My AC went out over the weekend and they put in a brand new one quick! Quicker than most places would. I’ll be renting from them the rest of my life most likely. Unless i buy a home.
All issues have been resolved, i have no further comment on the issue.
Absolute Joke. I've had three repairs that needed to be done a year ago....still haven't done it...after calling several times. They're cheap and maintenance always comes over messed up, half ass attitude. Please tell all about how your not SLUMLORDS!
