We had a problem with our relatively new stihl 20 inch gas chainsaw. My husband age 82 had a hard time pulling cord to start it. So couldn’t use it. Went to Ferguson equipment where we bought it, and talked to Brodie. He admitted that they are hard to pull. He said he would talk to Drew and discuss what they could do for us. Today we went back and they exchanged it minus a small amount. We ended up with 20 inch Husquarna gas chainsaw with an easier start. ( especially for older people).
