I have been a patient here for many years. The staff is wonderful! They provide you with that "small town" feel. I walk in the door and they all know me. They're always friendly and helpful. If I call them with a dental emergency, they get me in that day! I love that!! Dr. Kubik has exceptional bedside manner! He always answeres all of my questions and helps me feel at ease. I NEVER feel rushed. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental services!

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Was the dental equipment clean? Yes

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Yes, it was fine Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely!
