I’m a first time Ferguson customer. In the past I’ve used the purple truck and the steam truck companies and just not satisfied. I called Ferguson and had the most awesome pleasant interaction with the owner Mrs. Ferguson. I warned her my cream colored carpet was very dirty from work crews, grandkids, husband’s work boots. Oh my goodness Mark did a phenomenal job !!!! My carpet was cleaned like new ! Ferguson has another forever customer!!
