I wish I could give a great rating but I cannot. When I arrived I was the only person walking around there showroom. I desperately needed help due to my bathroom faucet issue. I was there 30 minutes. NOBODY even acknowledged me. There was a couple who came in 15 minutes after I arrived and the sales associate could not wait to help them. Sadly I left, I WILL NOT GO BACK. If Ferguson thinks a lone woman is NOT worth helping then they DO NOT need my business. Too bad, I will take my business somewhere else.
Excellent selection and very knowledgeable staff. Donnie in Fresno was particularly helpful with us selecting a new vent hood and fridge. Thank you Donnie!
