Received the worst service at counter from a work named Eurone. Also was Pressuring me to hurry and make a decision on purchasing a tool. Super lazy, he asked me to retrieve my own tool behind counter because he didnt want to retrieve a ladder, made me bag my own items and also made me grab my own copper pipe.
This place is a nightmare, specially Sharon the saleswomen over there, she brags about herself for hours that she has 40+ years experience but unfortunately she messed up my order two times o e was my two sinks and the other one she ordered a wrong faucets for us , we were suppose to finish up by the end of this weekend but her customer service is the worse now our bathroom wont be done until god knows when , we try to call her but no answer, we leave a message , no call back from her end , we call the store they say she eit... read more

Working with Ferguson's has been the absolute worst! I would never ever recommend this place to my friends or family and would let them know there are better places to get all your remodel needs. The salespeople ignore you if you don't have an appointment. Even then, it doesn't get any better. I was working with Sharon as my salesperson and she couldn't be any more difficult to contact, especially after you pay. My husband and I spent so much on kitchen and bath hardware and the customer service is nowhere near the price. We... read more
