Our small (9 ft x 9 ft) kitchen remodel is approaching completion with cosmetic details pending. Chuck Dawes at Ferguson guided us through the process of selecting appliances and plumbing fixtures that worked with the space and the energy constraints of our condo (limited 240 V power--hence the 120 V GE Monogram speed oven combined with the 240 V wall oven, Wolf gas cook-top and the Sub-zero fridge. $6k stove. 4 month delivery delay. Terrible, unresponsive and snooty service. Delivery date kept being pushed back. Weeks would go by with unanswered emails. They said they would ‘discount’ my delivery and install charge. Then they sent me a quote for a $1K install with only a $350 discount. Crazy. Said they would comp the delivery fee, but then delivered curbside, wouldn’t even get the 400lb machine in my kitchen.

Where do I even start? This place is SUCH a ripoff. So many of the things I bought are exact matches to items sold at Home Depot for far less money. Some things, like American Standard toilets, they ingeniously packaged as separate items (the bowl from the tank) to make them look different from what is hold at Home Depot and mark them way up. Faucets, sinks, toilets, garbage disposals, etc. I spent HUNDREDS more unnecessarily, and Ferguson refuses to do anything about it. I have more items I need to buy for my home renovatio... read more
We bought a whole house worth of appliances from Ferguson about three or four years ago and we had numerous challenges with the service poor follow up mistakes, etc. For some reason I thought I’d try them again today cause I need to upgrade several appliances. I showed up at the showroom and began to experience the same poor service that I received last time. I barely got greeted, was told I would need to wait to even be able to talk to somebody.
