I happen to stop by one of their showrooms in LA/Redondo Beach to see their displays. No one even greeted me or asked if I had an appointment. Although they went out of their way to ask another customer that entered the store after me. Terrible customer engagement and just down right rude....I was unaware that I am invisible.

The two employees we interacted with on our visit today were SO INCREDIBLY RUDE. The lady at the front desk - whose name we didn't get, because she didn't even speak really, she just stared at us rudely as if we had walked into her home rather than into an open business - acted as though she were extremely inconvenienced by having customers show up. About 3.5 weeks before our remodel we purchased two sinks, two faucets and accompanying hardware, and were told that everything would be in within 2 weeks. After two weeks of not hearing anything we started making calls only to find out that one sink was not coming in until after our remodel was set to be completed- the problem was that cabinets had been built using specific measurements for the sinks.
