About 3.5 weeks before our remodel we purchased two sinks, two faucets and accompanying hardware, and were told that everything would be in within 2 weeks. After two weeks of not hearing anything we started making calls only to find out that one sink was not coming in until after our remodel was set to be completed- the problem was that cabinets had been built using specific measurements for the sinks. Stopped by on my lunch break mid-week to purchase a gorgeous light fixture I had seen in the store a few days earlier. Unfortunately the receptionist told me no one was available to help me and basically told me to just try my luck emailing the showroom consultant I had talked with previously. So weird, this is the second store I've been to in the past 2 weeks that did not know how to accept money for a specific item I was ready to buy. Maybe it's me? They tell you to check your orders when they arrive and of course we did. We did not stop to check to make sure all the screws and templates were included. We start the install on a couple of items and items are missing. Then we go to another item and items are missing and then the third item items are missing. I don't know if it is a Ferguson issue or a manufacturer issue.
