Obtained dishwasher. It never worked once. I have waited around while they have sent 3 people to look at it. It still does not work and they are dragging their feet on replacing it. Still waiting. It's been 6 weeks. I would not recommend doing business with them.
My daughter is renovating her kitchen. We went to Fergusons this afternoon to look at ranges, sinks and refrigerators. We were so lucky to be introduced to Hamid Mosadeghzad a showroom consultant. Hamid was AWESOME! He is incredibly knowledgeable about all the options. He explained the pros and cons about every option. He knew everything about each product. I ordered a mirror and it was not the quality I expected from Ferguson. However, even though they were not able to find a comparable replacement, Ferguson stands behind the products they sell and did what it took to make this right. While the mirror was disappointing, the customer service was not. My review reflects their attention to customer service
