Other than the lady at the front desk when we walked in, no one asked if we needed help or offered assistance. Saw several sales reps at their desks without customers but no one checked on us.
The lady who works the front . Sits on the right side older Bleach blond hair. All 3 times I waa ther she was Rude. She did not offer to get someone to help me. Then I called the Nippers corner store. He told me go back in and insist she get someone to help me. I'm stil waiting on my refund. Almost 3 months later. Stil i have not received it. I told Jordan. On my first visit how rude and Condescending she was. . Not received one dime of my money back😯

Obtained dishwasher. It never worked once. I have waited around while they have sent 3 people to look at it. It still does not work and they are dragging their feet on replacing it. Still waiting. It's been 6 weeks. I would not recommend doing business with them. I appreciate the response. However, I have reached out on multiple occasions to Anna and copied Nick and Justin at Ferguson and they have not responded.
