I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the mirror and trim supplied by Ferguson. This unit is brand new, very expensive, and the top trim is already warped and separating from the frame. This is clearly a manufacturing or material defect and completely unacceptable for a product at this price point. Ferguson Home Nashville has a beautiful showroom with many beautiful items. I’ve been interested in purchasing items but of 4 visits, I’ve only been greeted and acknowledged once and no one has ever offered to help.
I have been shopping at Ferguson Home for six months now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Over several visits, we’ve outfitted our home with a new refrigerator, kitchen faucet, a toilet, a new cooktop, and all the faucets, shower fixtures, and replacement hardware for our master bathroom.
